PRISMA PARK MAINTAINS MOMENTUM
Decorus Ltd have purchased the freehold interest in Unit 9, Prisma Park, comprising 2,100 sq ft (195 sq m). They are the latest company to take advantage of reduced quoting prices on the scheme, now down as low as £150 per sq ft capital value.
Decorus specialise in providing e-commerce and technology solutions to medium and large enterprise companies, educational institutions, and UK Government agencies. They are moving from the nearby Basepoint Enterprise Centre off Wade Road.
